Supplements and More that I like to use

I realized my previous post on "Stuff I like to use" needed to updated.  Here it is:

Magnesium
Vitamin C (3,000-4,000 mg per day)
Vitamin D3
Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (see this article about low stomach acid which is common with hypothyroidism)
Selenium 400 mcg

Liberally in/on food: Unrefined Celtic Sea Salt
Occasionally, before bed: Chamomile Tea with Lavendar or Nighty Night Tea
Raspberry Leaf Tea, Every Day Detox (Chickory Root Blend) Tea
For cooking, baking, on skin, in tooth "paste" recipe: Coconut Oil,
Hard Lotion
: I buy my own ingredients in bulk and make my own lip balms and lotion bars in lovely flower molds.

I would like to add CoQ10 back in; I stopped due to the cost, but I've learned how it can help mitochondria so much and think it would beneficial for me.

I would also like to start taking GPC or CDP Choline because of the support it lends to the HPA axis.
