Eat More . . . Carbs??

This blows my mind.

I have no idea what to think.  Um . . . okay, here goes.  I know what to think about this.  It's what West A. Price Foundation has been saying all along! :o)  If you're not familiar with the food philosophy behind WAPF, read Real Food by Nina Planck.

Refined white flour and sugar are not good for us.

Grass-fed meat and fairy are good.

Vegetables and fruits are good.

Fermented and soaked grains are good.

Natural sugars (honey, molasses, succinate, etc.) are fine in a limited quantity.

My thoughts

Low-carb is not a good long-term way of life.  Although I would personally have no qualms with using a low-carb, high nutrition diet for losing weight, especially if you're obese.  For me, the pros outweigh the cons.
