This is what they were before. There was a variance of 1.01 degrees between the highest and lowest figure.
Now there is a variance of 0.5. They're much closer together and a little higher, which is excellent. It seems that I need more adrenal support, which I know from my cortisol saliva test results.
Hopefully at my doctor's appointment on Monday, doc will give me some T3 to use with the Circadian method.
